CAF Solutions Limited (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy forms the basis on which any personal data We collect from you, or that you provide to Us, will be processed by Us. Please read the information carefully to understand Our views and practices regarding your personal data and how We will treat it.

What information do We collect?

This Privacy Policy covers CAF Solutions’ use of personal data that it collects when you are on the company website, or data that is collected in person or from previous or future transactions with its employees. Examples could be from telephone calls, conferences, networking meetings or the organisation itself when a request is made to send information on such things as products or services. This Policy also covers the way in which We treat data that is received from any of its partners, persons or organisations with whom it works.

The type of information that We would store would be names, business addresses, email addresses and contact phone numbers. We do not sell information for any purposes and We only retain information for use in Our direct business for the promotion of Our services and products. We do not request or hold any other personal or financial information on Our customers that would be deemed in any way sensitive.

 

How do We use personal information?

When do We share personal data?

We will not sell or rent your personal details to anyone.

We will share your personal details with other persons or organisations outside CAF Solutions when either: a) We have your explicit consent to share the information; or b) We need to share the information in order to provide any service you have requested; or c) We need to share the information in order to provide technical support for a product you have purchased from Us.

In any case falling under a), b) or c), unless We inform you otherwise, any person to whom We disclose your personal information does not have the right to use that information for any purpose other than that for which We provided it to them. We will disclose your personal information outside CAF Solutions where We need to do so to respond to court orders, subpoenas, or other legal process, and any legitimate request by UK authorities with which We must legally comply.

Where do We store and process personal data?

The data that We collect from you will be stored at a destination within the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

Where We have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of Our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although We will do Our best to protect your personal data, We cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to Our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Use of automated decision-making and profiling

No decisions are made by Us using machine calculation of data held.

Session Monitoring

Cookies are not used on this site, other than those inherent in the underlying technology or the site usage statistics technology. No other information is stored about you, other than that provided by you directly or collected for the purpose of anonymous aggregate site usage statistics.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time by posting a new version on Our website. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes. We may also notify you of changes to Our privacy policy by email.

How long do We keep your personal data for?

If you wish to submit any comments to the Us, you must provide your name and email address via the mechanisms on the site. We store this information in a dedicated email inbox only, with no distribution to any organisation outside of CAF Solutions and its authorised partners. We will only pass on this information to a third party in accordance with paragraph “When do We share personal data” above. To change your details, please use the Enquiry Form on the Contact page.

If you send an email to Us asking for information, We may need to contact other organisations to find that information. If your query is technical, We may need to refer it to Our authorised partners. We do not pass on any of your personal information when dealing with your enquiry, unless you have given Us permission to do so, or We need to do so in order to progress your enquiry. Once We have replied to you, We keep a record of your messages for 5 years for reference and audit purposes, after which it is deleted.

 

Your rights in relation to personal data

You have the right to ask Us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We would  usually inform you if We intend to use your data for such purposes or if We intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You can exercise the right at any time by contacting Us at the address or email address as shown on Our website

 

Our site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of Our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that We do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.

Under new GDPR legislation you have the right to access information held about you. We will respond to your request within one month of receipt of the request. This request could be subject to an administrative fee of £15 to covers the costs of providing this information. We will advise you of any applicable costs upon receipt of this request.

We are committed to ensuring your information is kept accurate and up to date and you have the right to request We correct or remove information you think is inaccurate by writing to the address listed on Our website.

You have the right to object to Us processing your personal data if you feel the ‘grounds relating to your particular situation’ apply. The only reasons We would be able to deny this request is if We can show legitimate and compelling justification for the processing which override your rights, freedoms, interest or the processing is for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
